Key responsibilities include maintaining and developing existing and new client relationships throughout Florida; create / deliver presentations to potential clients; sales lead generation; creating a sales plan to generate revenue growth by acquiring new clients; and assist in the definition and execution of a marketing campaign.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum 3 years business development experience. Commercial concrete construction/tiltwall industry experience preferred, but not required. BBA degree or equivalent is preferred. Must be a self-starter and well organized; possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have strong MS Excel, PowerPoint skills. Must also be professional, and polished in appearance.
