Job Description:

Seretta Construction is a full service commercial concrete contractor.  We contract work throughout the Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States with occasional work in the Caribbean. The Company was formed in 1987, and has grown to employ roughly 400 people and complete about $75M annually. Our work is generally at grade (non high-rise) and we provide foundations, slabs on grade, tiltwall, elevated slabs on deck, and miscellaneous site concrete.

We currently have an open position in our Orlando office.  Estimators work with the engineer’s and architect's drawings to prepare a complete quantity takeoff of all job costs, including labor, material, equipment, and specialty items necessary to complete the project. Knowledge of construction techniques, manpower requirements, equipment requirements and project scheduling/durations are essential skills. Estimators must be able to work accurately and quickly under pressure due to the time restraints associated with the position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in tiltwall construction and be a self-starter, disciplined, organized and methodical. The candidate will have direct contact with clients, so candidate must maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The candidate must be able to read and comprehend Architectural, Structural and Civil drawings.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
