Job Description:

Seretta Construction is a full service commercial concrete contractor.  We contract work throughout the Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States with occasional work in the Caribbean.  The Company was formed in 1987, and has grown to employ roughly 400 people and complete about $75M annually.  Our work is generally at grade (non high-rise) and we provide foundations, tiltwall, slabs on grade, elevated slabs on deck, and miscellaneous site concrete.

We currently have an open position in our Orlando office.  The Entry-Level Project Manager is part of a one year comprehensive training program which at its successful completion will lead to the Project Manager position.

The ideal candidate will need to be an undergraduate civil or construction engineer who is a self-starter, disciplined, organized and methodical.  This position also requires daytime traveling (although seldom overnight) to all jobsites - office time will be minimal.  A partial list of specific responsibilities follows:

• Check/Submit product spec data
• Check/Submit concrete mix designs
• Scheduling
• Managing projects within budgets
• Daily interaction with the General Contractors/Clients
• Check/Submit steel reinforcing drawings
• Check/Submit tilt-wall shop drawings
• Site visits and quality control inspections
